The judgement dated 12th May 1998 - 312 085/98 - "liability for links" (www-online-Recht.de) decided that the person running a homepage containing links to another homepage cannot be made responsible for its content, other than when someone expressly distances himself from the contents of these linked pages.

The L & L Maschinen GmbH, as the operating authority running the Internet-web-site herewith expressly distances itself from contents of the linked homepages and internet-websites and wishes to express that the contents offered do not reflect their point of view.
